Clearly, there needs to be a single point of reference for all legislation to reference - i.e. a legislative dictionary, where words like 'emergency' and 'crisis' and 'broadcast' are defined, clearly, with etymological roots where necessary, to simplify the code&obviate loopholes
And any nuance in specific uses of a term - i.e. a selected subset of specific events/technologies to which it is applied - can be outlined in new legislation, but can not exceed the limits of that word in its common usage across all legislation, as defined in the 'dictionary.'
And absent any nuances addressed in legislation, all legislation must apply to the broadest possible sense of the term.

Just saw @JillYavorsky1 on @MSNBC re: women and workplace equality, but one of the most important barriers to female success in top leadership positions wasn't mentioned: because corporations demands surrendering empathy to engage in an amoral pursuit of profit for the top gigs.
This is NOT a problem with women - it's an institutional and structural societal problem that puts women in a position of compromising their humanity and undermining their own morality to achieve the topmost positions...
which, I believe, is often a compromise and unappealing tradeoff, shaping career choice early on, leading women to select careers along a different path that does not conflict with morality, and ultimately does not result in incomes in the top 1%.

I do not believe anyone should be able to participate in ANY presidential primary unless they

1) submit to a TS/SCI clearance screening, &
2) willingly waive any affirmative Statute of Limitations defense in all domestic jurisdiction - to ensure all accusations get due process
3) No history of predatory crimes or civil fraud against others... and MUST HAVE EMPATHY.

Whether that be determined from a panel psych eval or some other means....

Incredible news folks: Not only did nobody write the chechen vampire coverup shit, nobody developed it either! It appeared in the V5 Camarilla book by fucking space magic.
I'm trying to imagine allowing my name put on the developer credit line for a book where I hadn't actually seen all of the text going into it and my imagination is not equal to this challenge, folks.
And keep in mind, most of my credits as developer are with another person sharing the credit line. What that means is that BOTH of us had eyes on every part of the book at least once, even if we gave primary focus to different parts.

This is highly unusual, at least as it relates to where we are in the criminal proceedings?

Here’s the original motion, it seems central to Papadopoulos’ sentencing but still this is unusual.
Makes me wonder two things:
1) did Papadopoulos give MORE info, or
2) did Gates give info showing PapaD wasn’t fully cooperating with prosecutors.
