Digital marketers, here's for you:

Pick a niche, say real estate.

Google up real estate companies in Nigeria or come down to state, say, Lagos.

You'll see thousands of them.

Now visit their sites each.

Study the site, observe the faults.

I bet you, you'll see many faults

Check for basics:

Do they have social media presence? What can you add to the site? What buttons are missing that could improve customer experience and conversion?

What's their content like (copywriters, hope you are awake?)

How's their company profile? Product description?

Are they doing email marketing?

Their SEO?

Take note of all the faults.

Then write them a personalised email.

First commend their good work.

Be sure to search a very recent product or project they launched.

They will feel like you care about them enough to know about their

New stuff.

Then state your observation and how you believe it is affecting their revenue.

Tell them what you can do and the result it can bring.

Request for a scheduled meeting.

Put in a call to action.

Do this for 1, 10, 100 companies this month.

Thank me next month.
