This morning I did a thread about how to get clients and deals

Today I closed a 6 figure deal.

A few weeks ago, I googled 'real estate companies in Nigeria.'

Saw this company that ran an ad

If a company is running Google ads, then it means they are serious about leads.

I checked out the site, saw they were high profile. They had properties of =N=60m and upwards.

I scanned the site, spotted a few things and emailed them.

We fixed an appointment.

But here is the amazing part.

I did not end up doing the social media for them.

I sold them the software I use for leads and that I have been selling to other companies.

I got them leads, and three customers that they are following up now.

Now I am targeting another real estate firm I did something with in 2015.

Guys, take these things serious.
