Dersh is doing something super-slimy here. Provoking accusers to accuse OUTSIDE OF COURT so he can deflect the prosecution’s factual inquiry into a spray of private lawsuits the victims must pay to defend. Contemplating how this might be disbarrable. @AlanDersh should stop now.
