According to her legal representative, Sir James Eadie, @theresa_may was fully aware of the ‘notorious facts’: the findings of the Electoral Commission, ICO, DCMS and of the police investigations and appeals lost, yet chose to ignore these facts. (1)
Despite knowing the Referendum result was unlawful, she has “decided to carry on” with a damaging #Brexit.
Just because it is in her powers to do so, does not mean it’s right. She is undermining democracy and setting a dangerous precedent. (2)
As facts emerge, the ‘will of the people’ has moved on from 2 years ago. The true impact of #Brexit and extensive cheating from the Leave campaign has become clearer. Democracy is an ongoing process, it is time @theresa_may recognised this by calling a #PeoplesVote. (3)

The Department for International Trade states that the EU-FTA agreements account for 11% of UK’s trade. However, according to @uk_tpo, these agreements account for at least 14%. (1)
So far, @LiamFox has signed 9 Trade agreements with: Chile, Faroe Islands, Switzerland, Israel, Palestinian Authority, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles and Zimbabwe, leaving 80% of the UK’s goods trade with the FTA group still at risk come 29 March! (2)
Fox has confirmed we won’t have agreements with Turkey, San Marino, Andorra or Japan for 29 March.
Trade with these 4 countries alone is more than the 9 countries we have agreements with.
Seems like all the past 2 years have amounted to is one big holiday for Fox. (3) #StopBrexit

The #Brexit that is being implemented is not the one that was sold to the people. As it becomes even clearer that the Leave Campaign misled the electorate, the public must be granted a vote on the deal. Each day this week I will be outlining a broken promise from the gvt.
‘The UK will not be paying into the EU after March 2019.’ The Gvt. have conceded the UK will pay a divorce bill of around £40bn, with payments continuing until 2064 & the PM says the UK should make an ‘appropriate financial contribution’ for participation in EU agencies.
‘The UK will not have to abide by EU rules during transition’. The reality is that the UK will have to abide by all EU rules and regulations including those agreed by member states during transition.

In 2017 Theresa May was told by intelligence officers that the #Brexit referendum had been so corrupted by Russia that it was not free and fair.
May's QC told a court last week that she was "well aware" of the "notorious facts" but decided to carry on anyway.
Why would that be?

 One explanation is that May does not want to draw any further attention to Russian contributions to the Conservative Party.
From 2010 to 2018, the Conservatives received £3m from Russian-linked oligarchs, including £820,000 in the 20 months prior to March 2018.

 Remember also that in early 2016 May, then home secretary, reportedly declined a request by one of the security services to investigate Arron Banks - as the topic was simply too explosive in the run up to the referendum.

YOU WONT SEE THIS IN THE NEWS - QC to the PM admits in court she knew the EUref was corrupt. May broke ministerial code in ignoring it. This is not democracy.

Since the referendum was announced we seem to have increasingly been bypassing democracy and taking power from Parliament and the Judiciary.
Ironic as the campaign was fought partly on a “giving power back to Parliament “ platform
which is exactly why the Withdrawl Act (that Corbyn refused to oppose) specifically prevents prosecutions over any misdemeanours and crimes relevant to Brexit committed during the referendum and withdrawal process. For the sake of our democracy it MUST be repealed

If an Act of Parliament were passed TODAY for a 'second referendum', the minimum legal timescale would put polling day after Brexit Day on March 29th.

That's instant legislation, if Parliament wanted something it doesn't, and told the Electoral Commission to get lost. (thread)
Think this through for a moment. The timelines here are actually important. The government saying 'a referendum would take over year' is a stretch: yes, the 2016 referendum took 13 months to organise. It could be done quicker but still the same fundamental problem exists...
The absolute legal minimum under the law (PPERA) is 10 weeks from the passage of legislation. That means ignoring the Electoral Commission's advice of 6 months. It also means the question needs to have been fully agreed, tested, etc. No consultation would mean legal challenges.

Sat in High Court. The grounds of @UKEUchallenge are going to ensure some revealing facts emerge about this #brexit.

The notification of withdrawal act 2017 merely gave the PM permission to notify a decision which hasn’t been made according to our constitutional requirements.
The PM’s decision which @A50challenge ensured was located is illegitimate.

How can one person make a decision which impacts on every EU citizen ?

Court cannot quash result of the ref bc it was not legally binding. Claimants seek declaration result is invalid bc of breach of spending &fraud. Gov are treating something which was advisory as binding. Ct plays essential role in looking at process which led to this result.

My company was raided. It should have been a straightforward matter. But the #MetPolice & #LBRUT forgot to seize my computer & came back to do a 2nd raid. The search warrant didn't permit a second entry, however, #LBRUT entered unlawfully

Complaints were then made to my MP #VinceCable. He liaised with the #Metpolice & #LBRUT. And then weeks later, the search warrant was completely changed & was passed off as the search warrant executed on the day of the raids.
