There are some weaknesses in this approach - "public" services which may in fact be traded are excluded, this could include e.g. universities, private health. But we see that in most area (telecoms the main exception) even a trade agreement falls far short of the single market
One to point in the direction of those who say the single market in services does not exist. And remember that when we talk about increased barriers, we ultimately come down to individuals and businesses no longer able to provide their services.
