One more thing for now: At an impromptu post-hearing press scrum, Dershowitz vehemently denied allegations that Epstein, via Maxwell, trafficked Giuffre to him.
The Miami Herald's attorney summarized Dershowitz's position, favoring unsealing, this way: "If you put the whole record out, his name is cleared. If you don't, he's smeared."
