Trump & GOP are putting out some truly disturbing talking points lately & it's not unintentional - it's a coordinated strategy to use coded language aimed at their neo-Nazi base. They're sending dog-whistles they know their neo-Nazi base will hear & respond to. Please read.
Most recent is sudden obsession w/ what Don Trump Jr. called “post-term abortion.” He was one of several at CPAC to describe this imaginary practice GOP claims is happening & we DEMs allegedly support - aborting babies AFTER birth.
At a Feb rally, Trump himself claimed DEMs supported "a newborn baby [coming] out into the world, and wrap the baby, make the baby comfortable, & then talk to the mother & talk to the father and then execute the baby. Execute the baby!" splinternews.com/trump-spreads-…
Sarah Sanders even issued an official statement yesterday claiming DEMS were using investigations of Trump to “distract from their radical agenda of…killing babies after they’re born.” THIS WAS AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM OUR WHITE HOUSE.
It hit me today what they’re doing - it’s similar to the blood libel used to demonize Jews, but aimed at liberals. Blood libel or ritual murder libel is an antisemitic canard accusing Jews of kidnapping & murdering Christian children to use their blood in religious rituals.
The blood libel was used throughout Europe for 100s of years to stoke fear of Jews & portray them as inhuman monsters worthy of persecution. Term has since been used to refer to any damaging false accusation & has taken on a broader metaphorical meaning, which some Jews object to
In this case, however, I think the term legitimately applies - an accusation LIBERALS WANT TO MURDER BABIES is intended to demonize us in same way blood libel demonized Jews. They're saying liberals are so inhuman/monstrous we literally want to make it legal to murder infants.
What’s particularly disturbing is how coordinated messaging is. It’s everywhere - Don Trump Jr. tweeted about it multiple times, Sarah Sanders released official statement, Pence claimed at CPAC DEMs “stand for late-term abortion & infanticide & a culture of death.”
Scott Walker called it murder (yes, killing live infants IS murder IF it were happening). Trump tweeted “Senate Democrats just voted against legislation to prevent the killing of newborn infant children.” rollingstone.com/politics/polit…
Think for a moment how horrifying this is - GOP are literally accusing DEMs of executing live infants. This is not a disagreement over policy - it's an outright & extremely vile lie. An official WH statement included this monstrous lie. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. NOT NORMAL. NOT NORMAL
It’s not only dog-whistle they’re sounding. Back in Sept HHS told us they finally had a number on migrant kids they lost. That number was 1488. Folks, there's no way this is a real number. It's far more sinister. It's Nazi code - another intentional dog whistle to a neo-Nazi base 
Then there’s the lie Trump told about how a migrant caravan coming to invade us was funded by George Soros, a Jew, who also paid protestors to harass him. This is a reiteration of the exact lie the Nazis used - that Jews are secretly enemies trying to bring down their country.
That particular lie about Jews funding caravans is what the synagogue shooter in Philadelphia used as his justification to massacre innocent Jews. Trump’s rhetoric is dangerous & it has ALREADY killed Americans.

Amazingly, GOP & Trump who are CLEARLY sending anti-Semitic dog whistles, pat themselves on backs as supporters of Israel. Yes, it's possible to do both because their support of Israel is not support of Jews, much as criticism of Israeli govt. is not necessarily anti-Semitic.

It's beyond time for mainstream media to cover how Trump's administration is courting neo-Nazis w/ dog whistles. Enough of "Is Trump a racist?" Enough of pretending everything he does is an unfortunate accident or coincidence. HHS used a nazi code instead of a real number.
Just found out this wasn't the first time HHS made a nod to that Nazi code. They did it in Feb 2018, too, with a 14-word headline mimicking the 14 words in the code.
If you think this is a reach & the 1488 number of kids missing is a reach, it isn't. How do I know? Because that code is being recognized by its intended audience - the neo-Nazis themselves. On the cesspool forums they populate, they hear these dog-whistles and respond to them.
Here's a thread explaining how HHS used Nazi code in what appears, on the surface, to be innocuous. Couple this w/ their assertion exactly 1488 kids are lost & you'll see how it's simply not possible this is a strange coincidence. Neo-Nazis NOTICE.
