Here's what @Susan_Hennessey and @sam_vinograd said yesterday about Yang's Mar-a-Lago access-peddling. This seems worth underscoring, especially in light of Yang's affiliations.
A major question hanging over this whole saga is what type of vetting (or lack of it) occurred before Yang was mingling with the Trump family.

In marketing Mar-a-Lago access, Daniel Lou says he was trying to capitalize on his fundraising for Trump during the '16 campaign: “I wanted to develop a high-end business because of my political contributions and my involvement in 2016.”
The RNC has told Lou not to discuss his fundraising efforts, which included escorting 30 “Chinese Trump Supporters” to a Trump fundraising breakfast at Cipriani

Charles Lee (Li Weitian) ran a group called the United Nations Chinese Friendship Association that has ties to China’s United Front Work Department. That will be significant to counterintelligence investigators examining the Mar-a-Lago situation

China-born Li Yang, aka. #CindyYang, age 45. Yang, an entrepreneur who reportedly arrived in the US from China 2 decades ago, opened a chain of South Florida day spas in 2007 that included Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida, which is connected to a sex trafficking ring.
