Kind of feels like a waste of 1 year and 10 months of Democrats saying, "let's get all the facts, first"

1/ Having said that, I don't *wholly*—though I do mostly—disagree with this: "...unless there’s something so compelling and overwhelming and bipartisan..." My view: what we've found/are finding is "compelling and overwhelming" and so *necessitates* impeachment, bipartisan or not.
2/ The indefensible part of what she said is that Democrats could come to a place where they decide the evidence of high crimes and misdemeanors is both compelling and overwhelming, and would choose to do *nothing* because the politics of it (courage) would be bad. That's not OK.
3/ I agree with those saying that this article headline is on some level clickbait—and that Pelosi is on some level playing politics by seeming to say more than she actually is on the subject of impeachment. But it still does harm to the search for truth in a way I'm not OK with.
4/ I like Pelosi, more or less, so I'm not trying to question her leadership in any broader sense. I'm saying that the evidence we have suggests that Trump is a clear and present danger *because* of his high crimes and misdemeanors and we can't ignore that—no matter the politics.
