Nancy is saying that this is the same comment she makes every week but she literally prefaced her remark to the interviewer with the sentence "this is news"
I believe she followed it up with, and I'm not kidding, "I haven't said this before"
It's OK for her to change her mind or have any opinion on impeachment she wishes to have of course but I don't like the idea that anyone is gaslighting those who read her words carefully by telling them she didn't preface her comment with "this is news" and "I haven't said this."
Anyway this whole episode would seem to contradict those who thought her comment was 6-dimensional chess rather than an unnecessary gaffe/distraction that disheartened those who think having/upholding rule of law doesn't mean that Republicans have to say they agree with you first
