This is an extremely important result by a close friend of Albert Einstein. I want to alert moralists to it, as the theorem is named for Paul Ehrenfest who murdered a son w/ Down Syndrome before taking his own life.

So, should we ‘cancel’ it? If so, how?

We could burn the books, the songs, the theorems, the buildings, the statues, etc.

Alternatively, we could just start with compassion. We could experiment with self-acceptance. We could work more on the horror within ourselves and look for the good that dwells within most of us.
Even Paul Ehrenfest, who probably killed a son he loved dearly, mistakenly thinking he was doing a favor to his family during a bout of depression.

Is it that hard to stop pretending we’re so pure? Honestly, I have no trouble seeing Ehrenfest as a tortured soul deserving love.

I think I avoided all pressure to find Trump guilty of collusion w Russia. And it was a considerable cost on my life. The typical conversation went: “Oh c’mon Eric. He’s clearly guilty. Why make excuses? When the report comes you‘ll have to look in the mirror.”

I want apologies.
It wasn’t (and still isn’t) that I knew. I had no idea. But I also had no idea how everyone else just somehow knew what was actually true. Did everyone have a dossier that I did not? How does this pressure to *infer* unknown things become a Left-of-center mind virus?

Let’s stop.
And one last thing: I’m still of the opinion that Trump is a grave problem & that the people who voted him in deserve a responsible Left of center expression for their real frustrations on Trade, Immigration, Terror and elite betrayal to replace Trump w something more wholesome.

This article describes sheet music for a symphony that's never performed. It's unreadable.

It says that for any collection of abstract symmetries, the flat ones can always be realized as a chorus of frozen waves dancing in place on the abstract symmetries themselves.

If we survive another 1000 years, we will remember the decent & good man who completed the symphony.
Here's my point: All those 'portal stories' you read as a kid, are about things like this. This is where the rabbit hole goes. This is where the phantom tollbooth leads. This is Narnia, and its *totally* real. If I ever figure out how to teach it, I'll take you there.

Some of you are confused why I give support to people I largely disagree with.

I’m against most blacklists. My family suffered from this evil tactic in the 50s so we now fight it. The fact that a new Left rebranded it as “no platforming” or “cancelation” does nothing to fool me.
What’s the ToS strikes game? Blacklisting

The “Alternative Influence Network” report? A blacklist recommendation

Operation Chokepoint? Blacklist

Trust & Safety Star Chambers? Blacklisters

Cancel Culture? Blacklisting

I’m fighting this rebirth of McCarthyism as LeftCarthyism.
When you blacklist a human for their flaws you don’t just hit that person. You destroy an entire ecosystem. You damage their children. You shame their parents. You chill their friends who know them better than you do. You chill the world of ideas.

So do think twice progressives.

1/ In 2015, the mother of a young adult w/Down Syndrome fundraised for "top surgery," even when her daughter was in ICU w/serious health issues. Those of us who uncovered/revealed it in 2015 assumed it would peak-trans many people. No one, outside a few blogs, said a word.
(This is the archived GenderTrender post from 2015, which gives the whole story of the fundraising campaign for double mastectomy for a Down Syndrome patient in the ICU, and Olson-Kennedy's involvement in it).

Anyone who knows anything about Down Syndrome will be aware that people who have it often also have many serious comorbid health problems--problems severe enough to land someone in an intensive care unit.

#Alert The recent arrest of Ogbonna Orji, son of Sen. Theodore Orji, over money laundering, has absolutely nothing to do with son of ex-VP Atiku Abubakar.
The former Abia governor has been under investigations by the EFCC, for money laundering activities, which was discovered to have been carried out through his sons.
The EFCC had been on the trail of cars allegedly bought by the sons, and last Friday the cars were traced to a night club in Abuja, where operatives waited patiently through the night to arrest the owners - Ogbonna and his friend, Kelvin Ilonah.

A young boy named Emmett Till was brutally murdered while visiting family down south. His mother wanted him to have an open casket so America would know what their hate had caused.

The death of Emmett Till activated so many to join the fight for equality.

Old news (2015), but how many know that a prominent LA gender therapist promoted a GoFundMe for double mastectomy for a young woman w/Down Syndrome--while she was hospitalized in the ICU? According to some, it's "ableist" to "gatekeep" even people w/fragile mental/physical health
