1/ In 2015, the mother of a young adult w/Down Syndrome fundraised for "top surgery," even when her daughter was in ICU w/serious health issues. Those of us who uncovered/revealed it in 2015 assumed it would peak-trans many people. No one, outside a few blogs, said a word.

Anyone who knows anything about Down Syndrome will be aware that people who have it often also have many serious comorbid health problems--problems severe enough to land someone in an intensive care unit. 
You would think "real" journalists (several of whom were alerted to the story) would have read this and taken an interest. But no. GenderTrender & other sites which uncover stories like this continue to be vilified as "transphobic" or "hateful"--before being shut down by Big Tech
Couple of months later, we thought THIS would be the straw that broke the camel's back--a company selling fake penises for 4-yr-olds. Again, we made sure journos knew about it. Crickets. Such companies continue to sell this crap w/ zero media attention.

When it comes to transition, nothing is ever too much. No bridge is too far. Above all, it speaks to the success of the Suicide or Transition doctrine spread by gender clinicians around the world--but particularly in the US, Ground Zero for "affirmative care."
It's easy to vilify parents who usher their kids down the transition road (sometimes from toddlerhood). But the real responsibility lies with the clinicians, who terrorize them with misused suicidality stats and then encourage them to believe their children's bodies are wrong.
To be fair, the clinicians shouldn't be vilified either. They sincerely believe they're doing the right thing. It's just that they have tunnel vision, & once they become celebrities, the tunnel narrows further--as happens with all messianic leaders of cult-like movements. Power.
Less sympathy is due the mainstream media, which continue to turn a blind eye to the problems w/runaway trans activism. They promote "suicide or transition" w/ every puff piece, refuse to cover the other side--though some journos try, only to see their stories spiked.
2/Aydin Olson-Kennedy, gender therapist & spouse of Johanna Olson-Kennedy (a top gender MD) boosted the fundraising campaign on Aydin's FB page. We thought it would wake the world up to how reckless the whole "affirmation" approach is. But--crickets.
