LA is cool and all but I have no idea how people deal with all the traffic or never having any idea how long it will take to get anywhere
Traffic is worse everywhere, yes. It’s almost as if we should be massively funding public transit.
Anyway, anxiety of not knowing how long it’ll take and the amount of carbon I’m contributing trying to get anywhere would make me incapable of functioning
Get to LAX, say to driver “well that wasn’t so bad.” He says “yes, believe me it could be worse. Just another 15 min.” Because I didn’t calculate for traffic *inside* the airport.
