Now on @MSNBC:

@Maddow Exclusive: Trump admin. spreadsheet tracked girls' pregnancies.
Scott Lloyd, director of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), had reportedly been obstructing pregnant undocumented minors being held at a refugee center from obtaining abortions. nbcnews.to/2TFHmlD (1/10)
LA Times reported in December 2017 that Lloyd sought to block a teen rape victim from accessing abortion.

"In America, it does not matter whether you are an immigrant or not...you have a constitutionally-protect right to get an abortion if you want one," @Maddow says. (2/10)
.@Maddow: "Scott Lloyd has appointed himself the gatekeeper about whether or not these girls are allowed to access the thing they're supposed to have a constitutional right to get...and it turns out he's never granted that permission anytime anybody's come to that gate." (3/10)
@maddow NY Times reported in April 2018 that Lloyd instructed staff to give him a spreadsheet that "tells him about any unaccompanied minors who have asked for [an abortion] and how far along they are in their pregnancy." (4/10)
In at least one case, NYT says, Lloyd directed staff to read description of what happens during abortion.

When there is a need for counseling, ORR "calls on someone from its list of preferred 'life affirming' pregnancy resource centers," report says. (5/10)
Pictured is a spreadsheet from the Office of Refugee Resettlement obtained by American Bridge through FOIA request. It appears to show Trump admin. tracked individual pregnancies. (6/10)

Brigitte Amiri, attorney for a girl who fought ORR to exercise her right to an abortion, and won, talks with @Maddow on.msnbc.com/2TLRLM5 (8/10)
In March 2018, court ordered Lloyd and others at ORR to stop "interfering with or obstructing" access to abortion counseling, abortion, and other pregnancy-related care.

Spreadsheet appears to show ORR continued to track data following ruling. on.msnbc.com/2TLRLM5 (9/10)
"We don't know that there has been any attempt to block any of these young women but it's curious and I would say creepy that Scott Lloyd was continuing to get this level of information about these young women"
