2020 Democrats are running on packing the SCOTUS, abolishing the electoral college, getting rid of the filibuster, and nationalizing private industries. Add that to their attacks on 1st, 2nd, and 5th amendments.

Tell me more about the need to protect institutional norms...
These aren’t random politicians. It’s leading 2020 candidates running on this stuff + legalizing late-term abortions, reparations, destroying our economy with the Green New Deal, banning private insurance, & excusing antisemitism.

Almost hard to believe how far Dems have gone.
All Democrats had to do to beat Trump in 2020 is not be crazy, but it appears that they just can't do it.

The article starts with a conclusion and proceeds to ignore all (and there is quite a bit) evidence contrary to that conclusion.

It reminds me a lot of Dems mocking Romney for recognizing the threat from Russia in 2012.
P.s I’ve been relatively silent on the site wars as I think most sites have some good and some bad, but publishing stuff like this plays down to the caricature that the site is dedicated solely to opposing Trump even to the point of overlooking/ignoring real concerns about Dems.
Yes, socialism is a big threat and the Dems current direction should legitimately scare people. It doesn’t have to go straight to gulags. You don’t have to jump straight to the destination to recognize the road someone is trying to take you down and where it leads.

Beto is asked about whether he would support a bill to give the same medical care to already born infants that survive abortions as other infants would get in a similar situation, he deflects to say women should make decisions about their body.
It really is crazy how extreme Dems are running on key issues. In this case, the question (as the student even pointed out) isn’t about abortion, but infanticide. Also, Beto bring up Roe v Wade, but nothing in R v W even remotely requires denying medical care to living infants.
Is there one prominent 2020 Dem candidate that will come out against infanticide or late term abortions (like 88% of Americans)?

What about supporting criminal consequences for illegal entry?

What about the opposing extreme Green New Deal?

Any going to oppose single-payer?

Guess how many times @IlhanMN or @RashidaTlaib have commented on it? 0
There was a terrorist attack in Israel today that killed a 19 year old. Another father of 12 is currently fighting for his life in the hospital.

While the PA prepared to reward the terrorist financially, guess what @IlhanMN and @RashidaTlaib have said about it? Nothing.
Maduro's thugs in Venezuela have been killing/assaulting protestors, locking up political opponents, and beating up journalists.

@IlhanMN has condemned the US for interfering by recognizing the legitimate interim President. @RashidaTlaib has mostly been silent.

Democrats decided to become the image they painted of Trump with their calls to mob political adversaries in restaurants. Just weeks ago, Holder, widely considered a potential Democratic presidential nominee, declared, "When they go low, we kick 'em."
Pre-emptively covering for jack of a blue wave by publicly contemplating bringing back court-packing, abolishing the Electoral College, delegitimizing the SCOTUS, or ignoring court rulings completely doesn't help their case that Trump is a uniquely undemocratic president.

One proposed change is to remove super delegates from the primary nominating process for president. Supers are mostly elected representatives and major party members who can vote for whomever they want at the convention /2 dailykos.com/stories/2008/2…
Super delegates have never overturned the popular vote but do provided a fail-safe option in case the party needs them (Trump anyone?). They also help diversity in delegates because people dont need to compete w/ elected reps to go to the convention /3
