Signs you’re running a tight ship:

You announce a bunch of highly problematic new campaign staffers BEFORE they scrub their timelines... and then they frantically rush to sanitize them as people dumpster dive through their hot messes.
If there were such a thing as political malpractice, this would be it.
I mean, deleting 20k emails the minute you join a campaign. Might as well put up a neon sign begging people to talk about it.

Pub update.

One barkeep, apparently wishing to seem St. Patricks-y while having no acquaintance with the Irish, is dressed in a jaunty seaman’s cap.

It has a distinctive Captain and Tennille flair to it.

There is a decent chance I will be wearing that cap at some point.

...and then I blocked out while consumed with the impulse to adopt the proper posture of a classic Irish pugilist.

You can’t write your final report UNTIL the investigation is over.

A final report is never written while the investigation is still active.

If you've been paying close attention to the Trump-Russia story, one thing you've learned is "Trump-Russia" is a misnomer—as Saudi Arabia and the UAE are *up to their eyeballs* in this scandal (UAE can't get nuclear tech until Saudi Arabia does). Erik Prince is key to everything.
If Flynn sold out Tom Barrack and Erik Prince, this thing's already over—we just don't know it yet because Mueller is running a tight ship. But it's hard for me to believe Flynn got a deal like he did without giving Mueller the goods on what looks like a Russia-UAE-SA conspiracy.

2) scorched earth is siding with the enemy. So let me impose on your time for a few minutes please.

A) Other Americans are not my enemy
B) Socialists and Terrorists (of any form) ARE my enemy
C) The Constitution and rule of law is my shield and my weapon.
3) There is no way Americans (or the world) fighting the scourge of Socialism and Terrorism will win if they sink to the level of their enemies. The greatest form of government, in my opinion, is the Representative Constitutional Republic.

Papadopoulos is a former Trump foreign policy advisor who was quietly arrested on July 27th, right after the FBI's pre-dawn raid on Manafort
Arrested then, but not charged until October 5th, and the news kept under wraps until today, after the indictments on Manafort unsealed.
