Story of #Sunday
So all who have read B!ble know that the Sabbath was the 7th day or Saturday!
Then how did Sunday become the day of rest?
There is an interesting story about it.
We all know in #Hinduism Sunday is the day of #SUN or Soorya.

Similarly all the countries following the most ancient tradition of #pagan worship observed Sunday as sacred.

The boss asked; 'May I talk with her’?
Again the small voice whispered, 'No'.

Hoping there was somebody with whom he could leave a message, the boss asked, 'Is anybody else there’?
'Yes', whispered the child, 'a cop'.
Wondering what a cop would be doing there, the boss asked, 'May I speak with the cop’?
'No, he's busy', whispered the child.

Did you know?

The familiar expression, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” is based on a Pembrokeshire proverb that originated in 1866: “Eat an apple on going to bed, and you’ll keep the doctor from earning his bread.”

So is it true? Find out...
#SundayBrunch Image
1. Nutritional value

Apples are loaded with important nutrients, including fibre, vitamin c, vitamin k, copper, and antioxidants. Image
2. Heart Benefits

Studies show that eating more apples could be associated with a lower risk of several chronic conditions, including heart disease. This may be due to the presence of flavonoids – compounds that have been shown to reduce inflammation and protect heart health. Image

At St Cadoc's, Llangattock Vibon Avel, when it came to stained glass, no expense was spared.
Every window in this medieval church bursts with Victorian vibrancy, with examples from some of the very best makers of the era.

Hands up who's ready for a stained glass trip?

Charles Eamer Kempe created the window in the Rolls Chapel: a four light line-up of superstar saints. But the luminous St Michael in golden armour steals the show. His wings shimmer with peacock feathers, and a blood-red creature - half man half beast watches from his feet.

Earlier in his career, Kempe crafted an orchestra of angels to fill the double tiers of the west window. They play under starry skies with a fantasy citadel behind them.
One angel plays the triangle, an instrument first documented in the 10th century.

So let me get this right.

Sunday was always an odd day for a #COVID19 announcement

Journalists did ask #Johnson why it had to be #Sunday.

He responded that the data wasn't all available, but ONCE it was, he wanted to move fast.

Details were crucial.

Except.... 1/3
He pre recorded the announcement, so no last-minute details were added.

Although data was relevant, he made no effort to align with the rest of the UK nations.

And managed to add all sorts of confusion about which industries in which way with which transport.

As I've said since Day One.

People who make bad decisions continue to make bad decisions. Then they create even worse outcomes as they cover up their mistakes instead of correcting them, more people die.

#Johnson is the walking, poorly judged talking case study of this point.

#WeThePeople are in big, horrible and #YUGE trouble because of #BadPlanning. I want to tell you a story - a modern day #parable.

Two cattle rustlers working on an #InsideJob to steal veal, decided to test their newfound Sharps Buffalo Rifle.
The young rustlers' Sharps 1874 Buffalo Rifle test worked just fine - dropping one of the wealthy land-owning rancher's grazing steer dead with a single bullet of such tremendous caliber - "it blowed a hole in him you that could throw a cat through."
However, the folly of the rife-testing young and impatient American cattle rustlers became immediately apparent when a hair-raising #helicopter versus #car chase exciting ensued.

The more I read and study, the more I get convinced that elections are fundamentally a right wing paradigm.

Since Romans the tribuni plebis have had to fight for a broader’s citizenship rights as a subordinate device the dominant economic power, disproportional to the breadth..
...and complexity of the instances they defend.

Institutionalised preference (and need) aggregation is still in its infancy, though participatory democracy is more common today.

How’s the narrative actually keeping us from reinventing “us”, regardless of the status quo?
I have a hint we just might need to have to make the time for it.
