No mention of #Gatineau serving @OC_Transpo buses in post #LRT readiness report? Specifically not in remaining route adjustments summary. Only STO service?

Ready for Rail My Route page has some information but doesn't address peak hour capacity provisions. 85 will have to run a lot to handle all East Ottawa folks transferring at Pimisi. (Western folks seem to have more trips / route options.) #LRT #transit
The #transit fare zone transfer areas for Tunneys, Hurdman and Blair are hard to picture. Pedestrians come at those stations beside bus roadway so... #LRT
#LRT service will only run 8 am to 11 pm on Sundays. I would have guessed (at least in summer) it would start at 7 am and ending at midnight.

I wish @OC_Transpo shared passenger volume data on transitway routes publically so we see why these times. #opendata #transparency
I wonder what @OC_Transpo data retention policies are as we will be on camera all the time we are on #LRT platform or trains (and increasing on the buses too). Does the city monitor / report number of requests from police for footage / year? #privacy
I have doubts about using @OC_Transpo account for #LRT advice during transition. Do you have adequate trained staff, a way to track unanswered tweets, bilingual staff, canned answers?
In the past @OC_Transpo team doesn't seem to be apply to add responders when demand peaks. From the outside, it looks like 1 person per day.
@OC_Transpo twitter support hours will need to be staffed at least as long as ambassadors are on location at #LRT stations to help with wayfaring. Ideally staffed longer to help with nightly shift from trains to bus when service ends for night.
I'll mention this because report wording is misleading. Currently the account tweets mostly in business hours. It is definitely not "available whenever customers are travelling on buses or trains." #transit
It's worth noting @OC_Transpo handle information is unhelpful about hours of operation. @ottawacity @OttFire @OttawaPolice are all clear that their accounts are not 24/7 and give alternate phone numbers to call for help. #pleaseUpdate
Do all #LRT stations have pay phones on both platforms? It isn't just about calling @OC_Transpo in emergency (service via emergency phones) but calling for taxis. Are there designated taxi stands? (Hurdman is terrible for this.) #transit
Please ensure #readyForRail #LRT videos include "how do I ride with my bike", "how do I board with my mobility device", "where should I sit so I'm not in designated Priority Seating", "how do I ride with a stroller"... #transit
The report should add information about loading your PrestoCard via their new app (allows for instant balance update if you have NFC services enabled on phone). #transit #readyForRail
Last question for the day, will #LRT @OC_Transpo trains have defillbulators on board? (GO trains have them in middle of each train in passenger area.)
A video series on what to do in train emergency should likely run on trains and in #readyForRail promos. "What do I do in an emergency", "what shouldn't I do until staff direct me?", "how do I tell driver there is am emergency?" Etc
No, I am not particularly worried about an #LRT emergency. But I always check where emergency exits are when I go to events. I'm prepared, not anxious.
