I think I've got it now.
If parliament accepts the withdrawal agreement next week, the Article 50 period can be extended until May 22nd.

Well, parliament won't accept the withdrawal agreement, and probably won't be allowed to vote on it a third time anyway.
And so by April 12th parliament has to sack Theresa May and revoke Article 50.
