I told people not to worry about the Mueller Report ever since it started. The Mueller probe was never necessary, but it continued anyway. The reason I told people over and over not to worry about the Mueller Report was
because the parallel investigations uncovered much of the same information that Mueller was looking at and that kept the people on Mueller's team honest.
Why did Mueller pick so many Democrats? He did it so when the report dropped it would be indisputable about its objectivity leaving Democrats with absolutely zero ammo. Mueller's team uncovered some crimes such as the case with Manafort that were already known by the FBI/IRS.
This had nothing to do with Trump considering all crimes took place before the 2016 election cycle ever took place. Other crimes were process crimes for 'lying' to the FBI. Some of these lies were nothing more than misstating a date of a contact such as the case of Papadopolous.
Democrats knew this investigation was a sham regarding Russian collusion from go. Robert Mueller knew this but still pursued investigation & turned Manafort & Gates over to prosecution outside the Special Counsel because his crimes were from his work with Tony Podesta in Ukraine.
Since Democrats knew that the Mueller Report was going to be a political dud for them and knew the release was coming soon they started their own investigations through the House of Representatives.
Some Democrats keep trumping up that the underlying information in the Mueller Report will show crimes by Trump, but it won't.
What comes next is the big question. Most people involved in getting this sham going were doing so during election so that doesn't fit treason because Trump did not become president until 20 January 2017 after the oath of office was administered and his inauguration was official.
Even the commentary given by people like John Brennan won't rise to the level of treason because they will claim their commentary was opinion based off their open source analysis (which is a lie in reality since they often would allude to secret evidence without saying it).
You can't prosecute for treason based off opinion. Attempting to remove the sovereign head of state, in this case the president, is treason.
Since most of the actions occurred during the election cycle the worst case scenario for most of these people will be crimes related to the election itself and fraudulently starting an investigation.
Some of these people will be able to claim willful ignorance and that they were relying on the information provided by subordinates to initiate the investigation into Trump. In some cases, this may be true, but not in the case of James Comey.
Comey took vindictive action after his firing, a firing that was completely justified. He stands a possible charge of treason, but most likely he'll get charged with something else.
People are rarely charged with treason in the modern era in the United States. The last person convicted of treason in the US was Herbert John Burgman in 1949 for spreading Nazi propaganda.
The Rosenbergs often brought up as being tried for treason were actually tried for espionage. They couldn't be tried for treason because the US was not at war with the Soviet Union.
The people involved in starting this investigation must be held accountable and any intelligence officials or law enforcement officials at the FBI/DOJ must also be held accountable.
There is going to be a lot of people turning on each other and Bruce Ohr has already done so and so did Lisa Page as I told people a long time ago.
Democrats will throw a temper tantrum and label the Mueller Report insufficient after all the whining about needing to pass legislation to protect the Mueller Investigation.
This rampant inability to gracefully accept losing will cost Democrats in 2020 during the presidential election because they invested everything into Mueller.
