MORE Stringer rejected House subpoena for records by 5pm today and for interview with investigators on Friday. He would have faced an almost certain vote to expel.

LEST WE FORGET Because his Maryland court record was expunged, David Stringer was able to obtain license to practice law in Arizona & fingerprint clearance card to teach in Arizona schools. (He was required to disclose MD case on AZ bar app. We’ll never know if he did.)
