It’s NOT MV3 being tabled for tomorrow - some sort of Brexit motion is being pencilled in though.
My understanding is that Lidington and Cox went into see Speaker at 830 this morning to try to sort it out. Doesn’t seem like it was enough for an MV3.

The only reason to get Commons to sit tomorrow is to respect the EU Council calendar of a decision on the Withdrawal Agreement by tomorrow..

That would not be Meaningful Vote but could open up the May 22nd extension. However would provide no clarity on future framework at all..
