A Minister can retire from politics, take up a position related to former portfolio and politicians acting in their own personal interest all while the Crimes Act limits public servants talking about matters of which they were aware during their employment. #APS #auspol
Whistleblower PID disclosures don't cover info about politicians, law enforcement mostly refers to another agency, privileges committee is set up to protect politicians. How can ordinary people counteract these failures in governance and accountability without breaking a law?
What about reports of political interference eg. #Helloworld contract incl input by a former polllie who is a large shareholder. Is there an ongoing investigation? It's up to agencies to refer to law enforcement ie. @AusFedPolice who should be able to investigate unhindered.
Under APS Code of Conduct reporting corruption is mandatory. How it plays out in practice is important. While there are incidents that can be handled in-house, major corruption should not be one of them. APS is supposed to be neutral not become a complicit partner in wrongdoing.

Real experts are always practitioners of the craft. They rarely have time to write about their craft until they retire. Very few take up the pen even then.
2. Never trust the expertise of anyone whose lifetime experience is only in writing articles and books and talking about them. Their only expertise is in writing and reading, not in what they write about.
3. In particular, no professional writer, reader (e.g. news anchors and commentators), or talker should ever be considered an expert on public policy, foreign policy, business policy, science, technology, or strategy of any kind.

Two words: political awareness. T. Q. N. defined political awareness (al-wai') as ones ability to; (1) understand an issue/event (LGBTQ) from all its dimensions and (2) from the perspective of ones worldview.

But what does worldviews have to do anything? I'll explain below.
To have a voice, is not merely to speak, or even speak loudly. It is to speak from ones own premises, that is, our first commitments or worldview. Muslims need to adopt a new frame and in turn develop autonomy.

There are people who take the OPPOSITE position with just as much conviction, and they think it's clear-cut too.

In 2015, #TheGame was for Ngige from the South East to win election, & being part of the new ruling party (majority), he was supposed to become the #SenatePresident(from South Eats), PMB(North), PYO(South West)...#Politics
But since the South East folks in their politics of hatered towards Buhari thought voting for Ngige would mean they supported APC/PMB, the person that won couldn't have been the Senate President because she was not from the ruling party...As such, the seat was open to all...🤣😂
