Instead of addressing the underlying problems contributing to flooding, I predict Trump will pit California fire victims and Puerto Rico hurricane victims against Red State flood victims and use pictures of farmers being more ‘self-sufficient’ helping one another.....
Using false equivalency of course. If only a farmer with a tractor could have saved a hurricane victim off a roof or a fire victim running for their life in the dark. FEMA dollars will be allocated by state color.
