I've had the same issue with @UnplannedMovie as a bunch of other people. Followed yesterday, then found that I was no longer following today. Re-followed a bit ago, and when I checked I was no longer following yet again. Probably leftover glitches from @Twitter suspending them...
If you look at the follower count for @UnplannedMovie, it is growing by thousands. So my guess is most people not seeing themselves following the account actually probably are following it, but it's not showing up due to the follower display glitches that happen after suspension.

And now I am back to following @UnplannedMovie and it is back to following me. Looks like the issue is resolving itself — like I said, it’s a leftover glitch following @Twitter’s idiotic suspension (and then reinstatement) of the account.
