I have seen a number of people in my life leave Islam because
- they neglected spirituality
- didnt sit down to have real life mentors & learning & developing slowly
- spent their energy debating on the internet
- became very superficial regarding mechanical practice & not soul

Spending your heart & soul on energy on ridiculous twitter/sm debates makes you spiritually empty.
It strips you of meaning & fills you with dark energy.
A growing sense of hypocrisy builds due to inaction, then depression, then loneliness. You become vulnerable.

Outbursts & reactionary faith is detrimental to psyche as well as soul.
This is why spiritual teachers are important to turn to.
