#SteveBannon once sat on a company's board with a man named L.B. Moon, who was barred from practicing law by the Oklahoma Supreme Court for threatening to kill an adversary, put his body through a shredder and have five black men rape and kill his "pretty'' daughter. (cont.)
The Surpreme Court called Moon an "embarrassment to the legal profession” after finding “convincing evidence” that he falsely identified himself as an ATF agent, engaged in shooting firearms while intoxicated and attempted to extort money from a lawyer. (cont.)
#SteveBannon sat on that same board with a man named Gerald C. Parker, who in 2011 was among several defendants named in a $30.3 million judgment in Nebraska after three elderly people were scammed out millions. (cont.)
#SteveBannon was a close associate of Seattle attorney David Otto, who was fined $250,000 for a "pump and dump" stock scheme with another man. Otto was banned for five years from offering penny stocks and barred from practicing as a lawyer before the SEC. (cont.)
Otto was once secretary of a charity named "Firefighter's National Trust," which raised $11 million for spouses and children of first-responders who died in 9/11. According to the Hartford Courant $1 mil. of that money went elsewhere, including $400,000 to Otto's law firm. (cont)
#SteveBannon was a close associate of Andy Badolato, who was accused of sexual assault by 3 women, laundered money offshore, dealt with the mob and wore a wire for the FBI. Bannon registered to vote in Florida using Badolato's address though he never lived there or voted (cont).
On July 22, 2013, a Florida man named Joey Barquin sent an email to a person in the media industry Bannon was associated with stating “Badolato records all of his phone calls with a Sony m-572-v micro tape player and has his office wired with a GSM micro room device.'' (cont.)
The email went on to say: "Badolato has been recording Bannon and other associates/individuals/conservative groups etc. etc. for years without there (sic) knowledge.” (cont.)
Years later one of Badolato's businesses entered into a data contract with Cambridge Analytica, a deal set up by Bannon. The two were so close that Badolato was with Bannon at Trump Tower on election night, and Bannon's ex-wife Diane Clohesy was living at his house in Sarasota.
#SteveBannon later held a seat on the National Security Council, had top-secret clearance and was privy to details impacting world affairs. Could the @FBI, @CIA, @RepCummings, @OversightDems or anyone else out there please explain how Bannon's clearance is not an issue?
And this doesn't even come close to what else is in his background.
