Alright so yesterday I and others were getting trolled by an account that was making numerous antisemitic remarks which I reported.
I then received this response from @TwitterSupport @jack that these racist remarks weren’t a violation of twitters TOS. What’s up w that, Jack? I know you’re in hot water w Congress but allowing this behavior to proliferate here isn’t going to help you. @SenSchumer @MarkWarner
Coda: So it appears Twitter reversed their position and temporarily suspended this Nazi bot account until it deletes these tweets. I assume a full suspension wasn’t done in the hope that this Nazi bot account will somehow DeNazify.... good luck with that....

It appears Smollet pleaded to something similar to what we in New York refer to as an ACD - Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal. Essentially, Smollet can say he’s not guilty however he still forfeited his $10000 bond to the City of Chicago, has to do community service, 1/
and as a requirement of the plea, stay out of legal trouble for a period of time otherwise the prosecutors office can resurrect these charges and add them to the new one(s). For you budding civil rights practitioners, in NY an ACD isn’t a determination in favor of the accused 2/
and cannot be used as a basis for a malicious prosecution claim under New York or Federal law- 42 USC 1983. /end

Morning, folks. More questions than answers thinking about Barr’s ‘Summary.’ What keeps nagging at me is why were all those Trump sycophants lying before Congress? If this was truly a non-issue, then why lie? We know Congress referred a number of 18 USC 1001 prosecutions 1/

committing obstruction of justice in public. Comey firing, admitting he did it to even the investigation during an interview with Brian Williams. Even Ken Starr admits that. We need Mueller’s report made public. There are too many questions. /end

My first thoughts were bloody hell. Then I read the question posted as a reply. Then it dawned on me have we become so brainwashed that the tweet is being misinterpreted? Is Rodney Adam's Tweet wishing Luciana Berger well?
If we assume it is a threat we also have to assume that Jack, and other supporters of the Israeli regime are aware that #Palestinian children and families are constantly under threat and living in intolerable conditions.

This is a particularly insidious form of A/S because it is often deftly mixed with actual history. The basic outline is that communism was created by parasitic Jews as another way to suck the capital of their "host" nation. (So was capitalism, apparently.)
Judeo-Bolshevism predated the Nazis and began with the idea that leading Communists (esp. Marx and Trotsky were Jews.) Now, they were perhaps ethnically Jewish, but never would have identified as such. Nor did they live as Jews. But that is not important for antisemites...

Labour Against the Witchhunt wouldn't even report a Nazi.

LAW have welcomed former MP Jim Sheridan's reinstatement by the party. He was suspended last summer over an #antisemitic statement he posted on Facebook. But LAW don't accept he did anything wrong in the first place. /1
When Labour members err, there ought to be opportunity for them to learn from the experience and make amends. But comrade Sheridan's statement after his suspension was lifted suggested his only regret was getting caught and he appeared to blame those who complained about him. /2
Let's recall what got him into trouble: Sheridan declared he had lost respect and empathy for an entire ethnic group - "the Jewish community" - due to events in @UKLabour. The #Holocaust, pogroms and persecution no longer moved him because of "their Blairite plotters". /3

In August 2018 Jim Sheridan a Labour Councillor was reported to the Labour Party for #Antisemitic comments. Sheridan stated that he had lost respect and empathy for the Jewish community.
I am not going to defend his statement. It appears to have been used in frustration at what he perceived to be unwarranted levels of #Antisemitic allegations against the #LabourParty Jim Sheridan has since apologised and been reinstated with a warning.
But what was behind his frustration? Why would someone who stated he had supported the Jewish Community all his adult life, suddenly say he had lost empathy for them? Perhaps we should look at the broader picture?
