The eagle-eyed amongst you will have noticed I haven't got any butter. Another trip to the shop for "silly daddio"
Couldn't remember if I needed salted or unsalted butter. Started googling it. Remembered I'd put a photo of the recipe on here.
I'm finding the second half of step 4 a bit patronising.

40-45 minute bake so should probably tidy the kitchen.

So turns out the cake REALLY likes the pan. Guess I didn't butter it enough.

Gonna give my friend gravity a few minutes before I interfere. Don't let me down physics!

(It needed a prod with a spatula too, turns out I didn't get the butter into the corners)
It's in the fridge cooling before icing. I'm excited/terrified for the next step.

Rick is out of breath who was this well dressed man? Was he’s staff? How else could he have gotten in?
They start at the same time:

R: Hey, I’m Rick-
T: Sorry this is my room-

R:What? No it’s my-
T: There must be a mistake look at my key.

R sees the man’s name is Thomas. And up close he’s was very cute.
Rick brakes his thought process there and reaches around Thomas to retrieve his key card and gives it to Thomas.

Thomas: This is absurd.

Thomas walks with purpose towards the phone. And proceeds to argue with the staff. Starting very calmly then increasingly more activated

I have a really funny story about Lou actually that I never think of. I just thought of it. So I will share.

So I used to work at MLSE, and I was talking with one of the head office guys from TFC at the beginning of this season about how Lou is a genius.
He told me he believed that Lou really solidified his legacy in New Jersey ( this guy is from there ) and if he could do half as good a job here as he did there, Toronto would be well off.

So Lou comes into the office his first day of work as Leafs GM.
Everything is normal for him. He starts talking on the phone, emailing the whole 9 yards. Then he calls down to his assistant “can I have a completely secured phone/fax line installed in my office please? I need it done tomorrow”

The assistant has no idea what he means.
