The thing is, if you are going to bang on like it’s not a thing while seeking election into the parliament then please leave. Just walk away.
We have no time to waste with you.
There is not a single part of any policy in which it is useful to have your input.
Treasury, Finance, Health, Defence, Regional Development, Industry, Transport, Immigration, Defence Procurement, Environment, Foreign Affairs, Energy, Agriculture, Water Resources, Social Services, Indigenous Affairs, Education, Resources, Small Business...
..: Trade, Tourism, Investment, Communication... every single one of them needs actual people prepared to actually get moving.
And the quicker we start just talking about it as critical to every sector of life and planning the better.
And, for the love of polar bears or whatever particular thing would make you shake your head and say ‘oh, of course’, stop platforming climate deniers. We don’t have time for that phony entertainment.
