We had a Chowkidar who wud sit on his chair at our bldg entrance the whole day, he won't talk a word, he just kept a watch. We were bugged with him as he looked so passive & non-interactive. We thought our building's safety is at stake. 1/n

We appointed a new active, vibrant Chowkidar. Impressed by his interactive nature, & his assurances to all that he wud be extremely cautious, we felt we were so lucky. He talked too much but we ignored as we thought he might be excellent in his work. 2/n

Then slowly we realised that he is spending too much time with Chowkidars of other bldgs When we reprimanded him, he wud plead with his std dialogue, mai gareeb ka beta hu. He wud instigate one member (of our bldg)against the other.
Thefts, fights ,etc started happening.3/n

One day, our old Chowkidar came with his nephew who wanted job. We interviewed him, he assured us that he will good at his job. Our current Chowkidar started abusing both of them. But we kicked him out of his job. He had to take his jhola & leave. 4/n

Let's see how the young chap works..but we are happy that we got rid of the talkative, good for nothing, #Chowkidar
