Mueller's report stated "collusion is largely synonymous with conspiracy as
that crime is set forth in the general federal conspiracy statute" & his investigation focused "in particular" on "liability for the crime of conspiracy"
Mueller's report stated "In particular, the investigation examined whether these contacts involved or resulted in coordination or a conspiracy with the Trump Campaign and Russia .... Based on the available information, the investigation did not establish such coordination."

“Leaks set the narrative for the first two years of the Trump presidency. ... [G]iven that Mueller did not find the conspiracy alleged by people such as Brennan, those leaks now deserve scrutiny.”

1. Here’s what I gleaned from AG Barr’s press conference prior to release of the Mueller report. Overall, I thought he handled it perfectly. Here we go.
2. While the Russians did attempt to undermine the 2016 through disinformation practices, the special counsel found no underlying evidence of collusion with Russia by anyone in the Trump campaign or any other American.
3. The first effort by the Russians was via the “Internet Research Agency” with strong ties to the Russian gov’t to sow discord among American voters “through disinformation and social media operations.”
