We really can't make progress on Brexit while such reality denial on the Irish Border is mainstream within the Conservative Party (full link here conservativehome.com/thecolumnists/…).

The EU has now formally ruled out reopening of the Withdrawal Agreement in Council conclusions. If we waste the extension going round in pointless circles I am not convinced we will get another chance - which might just suit those pushing for no-deal.
