If you really want to make a statement @Jack, you'd allow Alex Jones back on @Twitter. There were more harmful and verifiably false stories published by @CNN over the last 2.5 years than InfoWars.

As we tweet, Jim @Acosta is pushing a fake story about Charlottesville.
Let's be honest, @Jack, which is worse...

I think if we're being honest with ourselves, it's not even close.
Just pointing out Corporate Big Media have pushed horrible lies that have cost people lives, and destabilized countries. The Iraq War. The Russia hoax. Constantly inciting a race war and balkanization, and on and on and on. Alex Jones has not done the damage they have done.

Are the latest polls showing a Biden bounce, or a Bernie collapse after his monumental gaffe about restoring the voting rights for the Boston bomber?

I'm not convinced it's not. That's a toxic campaign ender in a normal modern American political campaign.
To be clear, I'm not saying it is over for Bernie Sanders. But that remark was made at the least opportune time and we're likely seeing the result of that combination, rather than an organic surge for a candidate who represents the past. Also, I have to say this....

Geriatric Joe Biden is the best Democrats have? Stop pretending this is a deep bench. A record 20 candidates are running, and their best hope is a two-time loser the party never wanted?

I think some people are allowing themselves to be deluded again.

Does @ChrisCoons feel the same way about British Intelligence? This is all very ludicrous. Unlike @HillaryClinton, I don't see where @DonaldJTrumpJr paid a foreign agent millions of dollars for Russian-sourced oppo-research "dirt" that ended up being used to spy on opponents.
Think about the argument @ChrisCoons is making for a moment.

@DonaldJTrumpJr should've called the @FBI.

And which corrupt political enemy should he have called? James Comey? Andrew McCabe? Peter Strzok? Maybe Bruce Ohr at Justice?

Get freakin' real.
Had @DonaldJTrumpJr or the Trump Campaign alerted the FBI, they would've been talking in good faith to crooked cops planning to use their own Russian-sourced oppo-research to bury his father.

This would be a total joke if it wasn't so terrifying.

In other words, the media portrayal of the OIC opinion impact on the decision not to charge obstruction was the problem. Not The portrayal by William Barr. So muck fake news, so little time.
In other words, Trump didn’t have a corrupt intent to obstruct an investigation into a crime. He had a justified outrage over a witch hunt predicated on false accusations of a fake crime.
James @Comey had delusions he was the only honest adult in that cesspool of a town. If that was his hope for his legacy, then he should’ve mentored under William Barr, not Robert Mueller.

#FALSE: Pres. Trump’s repeated claim that we have a crisis-level surge of illegal immigration at our southern border.
#FACT: At the end of 2017, arrests of people attempting to illegally enter the U.S. dropped to the lowest level since 1971. Between 2000 & 2018, border apprehensions fell sharply from roughly 1.6 m. in FY 2000 to approximately 400,000 in FY 2018 – that's a 75% drop.

.@TwitterSafety posted a hypocritical statement on the ban, alluding to ‘past violations’ of Twitter rules, even though @Jack Dorsey was previously forced to defend Twitter not having banned Jones by stating outright that Jones had not violated Twitter policy.
Essentially, in suspending #Jones, Twitter is attempting to have its cake and eat it too – but in doing so, the company exposes the enforcement of its rules as both arbitrary and political. This must raise the alarm among those who value free speech in the dawn of a digital age.

So after a news cycle of seemingly never-ending Boris bashing by all of the major UK TV stations over a joke made at the expense of a religion, whose adherents we are constantly informed by the same TV stations are all peaceful and not suffering from mental health issues. 2/13
Or in the case of the suicide bombers “we may never know their true motivation” even when this is in fact not the case, fortunately no-one was killed this time, which makes a very refreshing change, but that appears to have been more down to luck than anything else. 3/13

OK, a bunch of stuff has happened in the last few weeks, and I'm just back from vacation, so I'm going to do a little impromptu Trump/Russia round-up, just to keep everything straight in my own head.
1/ First, Alex Jones and #InfoWars. The guy admitted, in a court of law, that he was a performance artist who didn't believe any of the crap he was peddling. That was last year. Why are we only now realizing that he's a BS artist & con man? Better late than never, I guess.
2/ The MAGA pundipshits are now re-aligning themselves w/r/t #QAnon. Do they believe Q or not? This is like a crew of hateful Easter Bunnies voting on whether or not the Tooth Fairy is real.

I've read my fair share of conspiracy stuff, and Q is a BAD conspiracy theorist.
