I’ve read just about every word Bob Mueller has ever said publicly or published. He’s written precisely one letter like the angry one he sent to Barr: It excoriated Scotland for letting the Pan Am 103 bomber out of prison. wired.com/story/robert-m…
To call Mueller’s letter “snitty” dramatically undersells how extraordinary it is—and Barr knows that, in part, because who helped lead the Pan Am 104 prosecution? Bill Barr and Bob Mueller, back 30 years ago. wired.com/story/robert-m…

I’m really stuck on how Mueller has made public that two criminal conspiracies aided Trump’s 2016 election: One by Russia, one involving Trump/Cohen/hush money. It’s now clear Trump would have been criminally charged in both if he wasn’t president.... (1/3)

1/ On July 13, 2018 the #Mueller white-hat theory died. It became undeniable that the Trump-Russia investigation was a sham, 12 Russians were indicted for hacking the DNC without A) examining the DNC servers or B) interviewing Julian #Assange! nytimes.com/2018/07/13/us/…
2/ Up until this point I gave Bob the benefit of the doubt, but once it became abundantly clear that he wasn't serious about proving the underlying crime, the "DNC Hack", I knew that A) the investigation was a hoax and MOST IMPORTANTLY B) Russia Collusion could never be proven!
3/ @AndrewCMcCarthy wrote a brilliant piece in December 2017, contemplating whether Mueller could prove the "Russian hack" beyond a reasonable doubt. Indicting the 12 Russians without my aforementioned prerequisites in (1/) indicated that he never would! nationalreview.com/2017/12/russia…

It's not possible to comment intelligently on #Mueller & the entire #investigation without reading LICENSED TO LIE: Exposing Corruption in the Department of Justice, self-funded and published in 2014 for the purpose of educating the public on the need for #CriminalJusticeReform
2. It crosses @GOP & @DNC administrations but has come to expose serious political abuses of #DOJ. It's made a lot of powerful people very angry.
The @FedSoc has not let me speak on topic since the book came out.
My own #BarAssociation @TexasBarCLE won't let me speak on it. WHY?
3. The book is TRUE, reads like a legal thriller but NAMES prosecutors who rose to positions of great power on the backs of people they wrongfully convicted.
It NAMES federal judges who turned a blind eye to egregious injustices.
No one has challenged a word of it, nor can they.
