A thought provoking contribution by @lisanandy to the debate on what is going wrong with our democracy.
On the level of what could be called constitutional reform, I think she is calling for serious devolution of power and money to local democracy; electoral reform to bring excluded voices in and welcoming of the more consensual approach that entails; and
(perhaps most interestingly) much greater local and national use of citizens jury approaches, taking inspiration from Ireland and elsewhere.
Also a wish to break up concentrations of media and technological power which in my view (though thin on clear policy proposals) hearkens back rather more to the US Progressives in the late 19C (leading eg to anti-trust legislation) than to Attlee - but none the worse for that.
