Why? Reasons. Because she's on her last legs. She can't even back herself up now. Anything she agrees could be gone tomorrow
You can only negotiate with someone who has the authority, and Theresa May doesn't.

Euro elections in a fortnight, and an emergency EGM of the Tories on June 15th. her own party trying to sack her.

And then the DUP agreement up for renewal in July
Like you said, and I was paying attention, Theresa May has to get her withdrawal agreement through parliament before the DUP agreement expires, before the party members can sack her, and before she loses another election.
Theresa may has got 16 days to get her withdrawal agreement through parliament. Else it's thwrrrrk. Curtains.

There's a ghost of the 1930s in the Daily Telegraph. If you know your code.
It's that oily upper class familiarity with the far right. It was there in the 1930s, and it's there again now, a whiff of it.
In the 30s, maybe some upper class Englishmen, full of their own fart gas, thought they could use Hitler to insulate themselves against Communism, which is what really gave them nightmares.
And there's a shadow of it in the way the same stagnant old men - Blimpish, they were called - think they can use Nagel Farage and his far right bootboys to insulate themselves against Europe.

Yes.
First he blabbers on a bit about Fartage and the Tory leadership. Then he comes up with this:
"The next Conservative leader will have to announce that Britain will leave the European Union on October 31st without a deal, unless the European Union makes a better offer."
You see what I mean. The ignorance and sheer stupidity of this cannot qualify as journalism.
I don't care if he wants to leave the European Union.
But you can't divorce yourself from fact and call yourself a journalist.

You see. We've just seen it yet again. I don't know who he is. And elderly Englishman talking about the Irish border from a position of deep and crusted ignorance.
I'm afraid there is a real generational problem in this country. So many elderly men who are impervious to valid information.
Stagnant old men who are incapable of learning.
And he's just sat there telling everyone "we can do something on the Irish border"

I have not been this worried about the danger we are in since right the election.

I am worried about what we are NOT doing.

We fought like warriors until the midterms. And then we sat down.

We have to get back on the offensive.

Couple of observations:

1) I told you not to ever pay attention to @USNJack Now I'm proven right after he attacked Nunes & the memo. He's a deep state bot.
2) @thomaswictor and I agree on a general point and disagree on a specific. We agree Mulehead is working for Trump in some way.

Thomas thinks he will be doing the indicting. I thought this originally, but increasingly I think DOJ will be forced to do the indicting.
3) I really, really hope Thomas is right. That would be so much cleaner, and as he points out, the libtards are 100% set up for a fail on this by supporting Mulehead.

4) I doubt if this was deliberate, but the convenient timing of the new FOIA Cankles' emals dump is interesting
