Put all data into a sheet that so a VA could follow a problem and have a solution matrix.

VA has power 2 make decisions under $100.

Customer service = 1 monthly report
Content:

Pay a premium to outsource to a creative agency specializing in content creation that converts on social.

Seasonal Video content and monthly filler content for retargeting.

Content created, we buy media ---> weekly reports

No more ad + content headache.
Product fulfillment -

Pay premium to move Ohio to LA.

Tech forward 3PL, 30 min from the port, live dashboard 4 inventory

Instead of China -> Port of LA -> intermodal -> warehouse

China-> Port LA -> warehouse

Allow them to make decisions under $50 and send a monthly report.
To offset additional costs with premium 3PL and content
