In interview with @WMUR9, @JoeBiden wouldn't fully back @CoryBooker federal licensing plan on guns. "I think a state can license. ... There are just rational things we can do without in any way affecting the basic fundamental Second Amendment right."

Biden also sounded close to the @WhipClyburn view on reparations, saying it doesn't mean cash payments. "We should take action to deal with the systemic things that still exist in housing and insurance and a whole range of things that make it harder for African-Americans."
And Biden said he'll release medical records before general election. "Watch me and determine if I have the energy and determine whether all the things I’ve gone through in my life in terms of being a senator and [VP] gave me some insight and wisdom that maybe comes with age."
