Wilson works in Portland & has demonstrated a pattern of downplaying antifa & far-left criminal activities. His writings are usually unchallenged even when shown to be inaccurate (see his report on FBI classifying Proud Boys as extremist group). He’s also targeted me personally.
This thread is important in showing how activists sympathetic to antifa are masquerading as journalists & mainstreaming those extremist ideas.
Important to document Jason Wilson’s reliance on antifa ideologues in his writings. Just google Jason Wilson + Mark Bray, Alexander Reid Ross, Shane Burley, Spencer Sunshine to see how he subtly mainstreams the extremist ideas of antifa ideologues in publications like Guardian.

Why is this not a bigger story? On Tues a masked person attempted to chain lock everyone inside a @UW_CR event. He was stopped by men watching door. Antifa had earlier called for action. Read the shocking report. It was caught on camera by @RealColdFront. mynorthwest.com/1407354/antifa…
Correction: the College Republicans UW event was on Monday, 3 June, not Tuesday.
This is one hell of a take for a news report @YawClaudia. You thought the story’s lead about a person trying to chain lock a room of people was that a picnic was disrupted? Chasing down a fleeing suspect makes one part of a “mob”? @thedaily, do you have any editorial standards?

Today, Ilhan Omar is the featured speaker at a Seattle Ramadan fundraiser w/CAIR, an org the United Arab Emirates accuses of being a terrorist entity. The group is also an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land terror funding case. Apparently there is a protest planned.

I frequently complain about people tweeting graphs with no context or omitting important details. And graphs tend to get lots of diffusion with zero fact-checking. Graphs are easily misinterpreted & can be presented deceptively. Without proper disclaimers it's very reckless.
For example: a thread claiming @RealAlexRubi was pushing some Russian narrative at #UniteTheRight just b/c some of his live tweets went viral so his node was quite large for a time.
He claims Alexander was "bloviating" about antifa & ignored Heather Heyer's death. Alexander witnessed Heather Heyer's death and continued reporting from the scene afterwards. How many tweets are normal after witnessing a murder?

But I digress...

Far Left Progressives who live in a self-enforced bubble who are *convinced* they won the 'national debate' on abortion long ago & elective abortion will always be the law of the land got a huge backlash today.
And they have nobody but themselves to blame for this.

Almost half a year of watching the Democratic Party & Far Left Progressives go 'all in' on late 3rd trimester abortions & pushing the envelope right up to infanticide caused this pushback at the state level.
How freaking out of step with the rest of the country do you have to be to make championing late 3rd trimester abortions one of your main signature issues?

1. I just saw the footage that’s being spread around from a protest in Portland on Saturday that people are claiming shows antifa directing traffic and yelling a drivers who won’t comply.
2. I spent 5 minutes Googling and reading news articles to find out that the protesters seem to have been part of a protest following a fatal police shooting on 9/30/18 in which some claim the man was unarmed. Police say he was armed.

3. One of the videos going around doesn’t show that the elderly white driver who was chased down the street did so after driving through a crowd of protesters with one directly in front of his car.
