We know nothing about how HALF of the total, £21.4m, was spent by the building contractor, a Bouygues & Cimolai joint venture. This was public money and I think @BouyguesUK should provide a full breakdown immediately to the @LondonAssembly @tomcopley

To conclude on Johnson's leadership abilities, he was uninterested in detail & refused to listen to reasoned objections about his £200m+ vanity project. You were either with him or against him. Those in latter camp were branded 'demented enemies' and worse. Trump-like I'd say.
