Since the Morning Joe team made such a big deal out of the most recent Quinnipiac polls, I thought I'd take a look to see what they intentionally skipped over:
32% of Hispanics said they'd vote or likely vote for Trump. That's greater than the 29% that was reported he got in the 2016 election.

10% of Black Americans said they'd vote or likely vote for Trump. That's greater than was reported he got in the 2016 election.
Those numbers are huge since we know for a fact that the polls under report Trump's voters. Maybe the Morning Joe team should have mentioned that.
Although not specifically charted, Morning Joe did show chart (but did not point out) Dem minority/women candidates have lowest Unfavorables yet old white males top the polls.

This is similar to above where people seem to be responding to polls based on political correctness.
92% of Republicans rate the economy as excellent or good.
54% of Dems rate the economy as excellent or good.
46% Blacks, 66% Hispanics rate the economy as excellent or good.
Better off, worse off:
30% Blacks, 55% Hispanics believe they are better off now than before Trump.
Trump may have neutralized the race card simply by putting forth an economic agenda where the tide is lifting all ships. Don't be surprised if the media either ignores this or tries to convince people otherwise.
