For four years I have been more than reasonable. Quietly letting police get on with their jobs & allowing the trolls to grab a foothold with their lies, some of which are now accepted as truth as I’ve been too respectful of due process to fight back. Well. Unlucky guys. I’m done.

So tonight ... as the clock strikes 7 - lets have a look at some of the complete bullshittery that has occurred over the last 4 years.

Now I don’t know how much you guys know about litigation - and I don’t know a huge amount (which is why I need a lawyer). But I’ve been told ...and indeed a certain McKenzie friend of the Defendant has been blogging certain parts of the legal pleadings in the case so must be fine

So. In a similar vein I will now do the same. Get settled in tweeps cause there’s a lot to get through (and I’m doing some offline shizzle at the same time).

For the purposes of this thread I will pretty much ignore the IICSA (because that’s a whole thread on its own & I haven’t got the time or the energy for it).

So. To cut a long story short - these are a few of the highlights of the litigation so far. In this little gem (bear in mind these are written by Mr Hemming & are publicly available documents) he describes to the High Court EXACTLY how to find images that show me being abused.

By doing so he has in essence made it perfectly possible for anybody who reads these PUBLICLY AVAILABLE documents to do the same. I have redacted the instructions for obvious reasons. I contacted the court to ask that this be redacted from being published ... they told me that I

would have to make an application costing 1k to ask them to do this - and even then it would not be guaranteed that they would remove this from public.

This is just one of the stunts that has characterised the litigation throughout.

Now these images weren’t something that I could be publicly “recognised” from stumbling across them. That means they originally became available by the few people that knew about them. Me, the person that took them - and the police, who were informed of their existence right at

Start of the police investigation. These images have been heralded as “new evidence” in Mr Hemming’s allegations of PCJ against me .... unbeknownst to him and the trolls it wasn’t even slightly “new evidence” to the police ... and were in fact evidence in one of the cases.

So not only have the images been disseminated around the troll group - and happily sent to IICSA (who haven’t taken any action about it because they clearly don’t understand the law) but they have released evidence in what is still,also unbeknownst to them an ongoing criminal inv

So if we can have a round of applause both for that - and for the clear attempt to intimidate and distress myself then let’s go ahead. Because I’m not intimidated by them in anyway. These images are proof of part of my abuse ... and they’ve shared and celebrated them thinking

that I should be ashamed. Well I’m not. They’re as much a part of my abuse as every other humiliating detail that’s been shared with the police. And I did so willingly many years ago.

Now I will make it clear that these images are not pornographic in any extreme sort of way - but would fall under the “revenge porn” definition. So why exactly would a “former MP” wish to disclose them both in a public manner - and in a case where they are not at all relevant.

So. If anyone knows of a legal service that would stick their heads above the parapet and take this on please tag them or make them aware of what is happening in our supposed “justice system”. The @LibDems have been made aware of this and have no intent to investigate @joswinson

As I tweet Mr Hemming’s McKenzie friend has published one of several blogs which is clearly defamatory and which contains information that he knows is untrue. Yet as a legal representative of Mr Hemming even if it was untrue it is clearly inappropriate.

It is my suspicion that he is being used to pump out the bile that others want disseminating - as as he lives in his mother’s house and has not worked for many years - he is clearly not viable to be sued.
