The entire world judges you at first, not by your:
- Intelligence
- Humour
- Charm
- Ambition
- Kindness
- Integrity
But by your APPEARANCE.
It's shallow, but it's the truth...
You're missing out on a lot of opportunities in business, in your social life, and with the opposite sex, if your appearance isn't currently being maxed out.
Here are the key areas you need to address:
+ Muscle mass
+ Style
+ Grooming
+ Body language
Although your body language tends to improve naturally the better you do in the first four areas.
It's hard work, but well worth it (trust me on this!)
Here's step 1:
Get your eating window down from 16 hours to 8 hours (or less).
Only eat 2 BIG meals per day.
Get rid of all snacks.
Get rid of all sugar/processed foods.
And you'll find it WAAAAAY easier to eat less calories, and get that body fat down.
As the CORE of your 2 big meals.
Carbs should come in after the above, depending on your goals, age, and activity level (carbs get pretty subjective).
Do this and it will be difficult NOT to be chiselled.
- A narrow waistline
- A sharp jawline & facial structure
- A 'harder' looking overall appearance
Next up is muscle mass:
Make sure each major muscle group is being hit, you're pushing yourself in the gym, and focusing on muscle growth.
Eventually you will start looking great in tighter fitting clothes, and ALL outfits look better on you...
+ Squat
+ Bench
+ Deadlift
+ Press
+ Rows
+ Pull-Ups
The goal should always be improvement in the above, especially in terms of relative strength.
Do this over time, and your physique is GUARANTEED to improve.
This means:
- Your hair is well-styled
- Your facial hair looks sharp/shaped OR you're clean shaved
- Your skin looks good (clear, and not too white/pale)
- Your teeth aren't crooked, and are fairly white
Next:
I'm no fashion guru, but my big 2 pieces of advice here that work across the board are:
1) Wear fitted clothing
2) Make sure the colours look good for your skin/hair colour
For me, this means blacks, blues and greys most of the time, with....
A different/unusual accessory can also make a big difference - think jewellery/caps etc. - do whatever makes most sense for your age, personality etc.
Finally:
As I mentioned above, this TENDS to improve quite a bit when you become leaner, more muscular, better-dressed etc.
But focus on:
Chest out, shoulders back, slow movements, low, slow voice, and solid eye contact. All are crucial.
