Se lo Stato crea uno strumento al portatore atto a coprire delle spese, di libera circolazione 1\

However, there is a differences between Saudi Arabia and Nigeria budget., Saudi Arabia deficit budget is financed from the $757b savings Saudi Arabia has accumulated in its SAMA Foreign Reserves Holding. Nigeria is funding her budget deficit by a record borrowing of $30m a day!

3/ AT&T could (and should) have simply moved #Friends to HBO, their leading SVOD asset. Imagine the impact on customer acquisition - all of a sudden the press coverage inundates all Friends fans to get HBO, if they haven't already!

Critica allo Stato terapeutico: decide di obbligare i cittadini a fare delle cose usando la scienza.
Esiste anche una UE terapeutica, che ci dice cosa dobbiamo fare, rimanendo in parametri ben definiti, dogmatici.
Sia la UE terapeutica che lo Stato terapeutico hanno in comune il paternalismo con il quale educare i "figli" evidentemente incapaci (significato legale)
