1. Washington County #FL - reported by @washingtonpost to have had its #VoterRegistrationDatabase hacked in #Election2016 - had all of its major systems provided by #VRsystems. washingtonpost.com/world/national… @LetNYvote
2. According to maps from VR Systems website provided to me by excellent #ElectionSecurity researcher & co-founder of the Florida Fair Elections Coalition #SusanPynchon. Washington County used VR Systems for voter registration databases, website services & election mngmt systems.
3. #NY state is about to approve vendors for epoll books (electronic voter registration databases that are connected to the internet.) Because of the rush to get ready for #EarlyVoting in #NY the epoll books are scheduled to be approved today without even a public comment period

I'm at the NYC Board of Elections mtg. Just spoke w Commissioner Flateau. He was unaware that the Dominion ICE is in use in 3 counties. The machine can be hacked to add votes to paper ballots.
There will be a demo of e poll book vendors on 5/29.
They just changed the epollbook demo. Not sure when it is now. They use these public meetings to work out when they will all be available to get together. It seems like they could do this ahead of time with a doodle.

Don't let #polls determine whether or not you vote. Don't assume a victory or a loss based on current polling. Why? Because they are inherently flawed, and not truly reflective of a whole group of people of any sort. (more)
2/ Polls have two major aspects: Sample and Methodology. These are the parameters that define how the poll is taken and how accurately it reflects a population.
3/ Let's start with sample, also called sample size. It tells you how many people are polled to get the results. Most of the big polls you see in the news have a sample size somewhere around a thousand. This works for the pollsters, because it's a manageable

Our next step was to simply examine the data in each data set. We pulled the “identifying features”
our of the 153 data points for each voter – first name, last name, date of birth and gender – into one dimensional arrays so we could work with it more easily.
We chose these features because they are the basis for legal identification of a voter, and while an individual’s name may occasionally change,
gender is less commonly changed, and of course date of birth should never change.

We know that DHS warned at least 21 states that their voter registration databases were targeted by Russian government hackers seeking vulnerabilities and access to the U.S. election infrastructure.
We also know that DHS didn't notify the States being Targeted until October of this year. We know that the States Control their Voter Registration Files. So if the States didn’t know they were being targeted how the hell did DHS know that the files were not touched?
Why was Russia Targeting Voter Registration Systems from as early as last February and in some States through December two months after the Election?
