DMP Tags on 'Alt Right' websites harvest data (ostensibly for ad targetting) BUT - the harvesting can be easily overlaid on top of psychometric targetting data (as this explains)...so if you have the electoral register, addresses, names, canvassing data, maybe Experian data too 
DMP Tags on a website push individual User IDs into an predefined 'audience' and these are then 'syndicated' or sent on to assist in advertising targeting programmes at an individual user level - if this data can be sent to Third Parties - it can be sent to ANYONE anywhere
So lets pause it means Alt Right website A is connects to 'Internet Research Agency Troll Farm A' - DMP Tags on that site 'serve up' juicy data on right wing gun nuts, racists, bigots, anti-abortionists, any fruitcake - 'instant fodder' to a Cambridge Analytica style data mining
