Certainly looks plausible...

While we’re at it, let’s explore something else in those files that needs attention:

Who uses the term “whilst”?!

(Hint: 🇬🇧 🇦🇺)
For reference, that is the report generated by an ‘unnamed contractor’ that was working on the Barbara Ledeen project with Judicial Watch...

Note that the engagement started in 2015...

It is interesting bc of the potential to tie back to Matt Tait - former GCHQ spoon, when entered the narrative after Peter Smith’s death.
Also interesting bc prior to working for Fusion GPS, Chris Steele worked for a ‘Private Client’ on Project Charlemagne.

We don’t know who that client was and I’m not saying JW...

But a large part of the report revolves around “Repatriation of Plundered Assets” (up CS alley).
Lastly, it is interesting bc of the timing...

It appears that the searches on the Dark Web started (unpaid) in June/July 2015 - this date coincides with the July 26, 2015 date on the cyber portion of Dossier.

The portion that basically ID’s Alperovich.

So anyway, I’m not sure who wrote the report for JW that outlined that Clinton server was hacked...

I just know that it’s typically a ‘chap’ that uses the word ‘whilst’.

And nothing would shock me at this point.
spoon = spook (obviously 🙄)
One more statement that stands out, though maybe for different reasons.

“... intel was shoddy, with basic errors”

Sounds familiar!
