ICE quietly stopped updating its official “List of Deaths in ICE Custody” page, which had published deaths since the agency’s inception in 2003.

If they’re so certain, I wonder why they won’t respond to my FOIA requests for the intelligence assessments on these attacks 🤔
Hey @USNavy why haven't you fulfilled my FOIA for the preliminary intelligence assessment regarding Iran's alleged attack on Saudi oil tankers? The administration seems pretty certain of what happened and has said has much publicly so why not just release the report?

There are an incredible number of lies people are trying to sell today to get people to look away from Trump's concentration camps. Let's dispense with one of the big ones: the idea that they can't be camps because the conditions inside are fine.

That's a lie. People are dying.
You need cattle cars to fit your definition? How about this IG report from May that found detainees are packed so tightly into rooms that they have to stand on toilets to breathe.

One cell with a capacity of 8 held 41 detainees.
A cell built for 35 held 155.
And these aren't temporary conditions. People are being kept in conditions where they can't sit down for WEEKS.

SCOOP: I found tax records showing Howard Schultz gave less than 1% of his wealth to his family charity in 2016-2017.

Records show him giving about 2.5% of his total wealth since 1999.

In the 2016-2017 fiscal year, Schultz and his wife gave $18 million to the Schultz Family Foundation.

Virtually all of it was in stock. And most of it was in Starbucks stock.
Since teasing a possible presidential run, Schultz has gone after plans by both @aoc and @SenWarren to address income inequality, by taxing extreme wealth and by raising top marginal tax rates.

Both plans would likely affect Schultz personally.

The notion that cellular modems affect only “unofficial” results is bogus bc, among other reasons, in certain jurisdictions, unofficial results become the official results once added to absentees & provisionals—sometimes w/o ever comparing them to the precinct results tapes! 1/
And Wisconsin doesn’t even require that counties publicly post the results tapes so that the public itself can make this comparison! (I don’t know about Florida, Michigan, & Illinois.) 2/
Thus, we must simply trust that someone trustworthy is conducting this due diligence. In Johnson County, Kansas, the County acknowledged that it does NOT conduct this basic due diligence. 3/
